Ceramic appliances are widely popular electrical products in European countries, and their production process goes through multiple stages, requiring precise craftsmanship and strict quality control.
Firstly, the production process of ceramic products usually starts with the selection of raw materials. Our raw materials come from high-quality kaolin ore. To ensure its quality and purity, natural kaolin must undergo manual screening and efficient grinding by machines before proceeding to the next step. After grinding, the kaolin ore is mixed with paraffin wax to form a slurry in a mixer to improve the plasticity and processability of the material.
Next, the mixed slurry will be injected into the mold for molding. This step is usually carried out through die casting. Die casting is the process of injecting slurry into a mold and obtaining the desired shape through cooling and solidification. Die casting ensures that the formed product has a consistent shape and size.
After molding, in order to better glaze the ceramic product, we will embed it in the alumina powder and slowly raise it to 900 degrees Celsius to remove the paraffin from the product after 60 hours. This step allows the paraffin that helps to shape to be completely removed from the product. Then, the product can be colored with glaze water. After coloring, sintering and shaping are required. Sintering is the process of placing ceramic products in a high-temperature furnace at 1200 degrees Celsius, allowing them to be sintered and solidified at high temperatures. This step not only improves the hardness and strength of the product, but also gives the originally rough ceramic a glassy luster and greasy feel.
Then, the sintered ceramics can be selected and assembled. Filter out defective ceramic products and retain high-quality ones to ensure smooth surfaces and precise dimensions. While assembly is the process of meticulously assembling various components manually into the final product.
Finally, ceramic products require quality inspection and packaging. Quality inspection includes testing the appearance, size, and function of the product to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements. Through reasonable packaging, products can be protected, and transportation and sales will also be more convenient.
With the progress of technology and the continuous growth of demand, the production process of ceramic products is also constantly evolving and improving. We have been engaged in the ceramic industry for over 20 years and have our own research and development department, which can meet customer OEM/ODM needs. In order to meet the demand for high-quality ceramic products, we continuously update energy-saving equipment and replace traditional production methods with new technologies. This not only improves production efficiency and product quality, but also lays a solid foundation for providing customers with high-quality products.
Products made of ceramics are smooth, natural and majestic. At the same time, they also have a luxurious and atmospheric appearance, soft and elegant colors, and their texture is better than other materials. Combining ceramic products with wood, metal, and glass can bring texture and a sense of luxury. Ceramics are the needs of quality life.
